These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TwinLoop websites, applications, and related services, collectively referred to as the “Service.” The Service is provided by Twinloop Innovations Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or agreeing to these Terms, you accept them. Do not use the Service if you do not agree.
1. General wellness service
TwinLoop provides guided breathing, sound, visual pacing, progress tracking, and related wellness features.
TwinLoop is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information and guidance provided through the Service are for general wellness purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
2. Safe and responsible use
Use TwinLoop in a safe setting. Do not use the Service while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention.
Stop using the Service if you experience dizziness, pain, unusual shortness of breath, increased anxiety, or other discomfort.
Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before using paced-breathing or rhythmic sensory features if you have a serious cardiovascular condition, a history of seizures, an implanted medical device, or another condition that may affect safe use.
The Service is intended for adults. A person under 18 may use it only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly at support@twinloop.io if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Optional blood pressure information
TwinLoop may allow you to enter blood pressure readings and related notes before or after a session. Providing this information is optional.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for using an appropriate measurement device and technique. TwinLoop does not verify your readings, interpret them as medical advice, or replace clinical measurement or professional care.
5. Paid features
TwinLoop may offer paid features in the future. Any price, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms will be shown before a purchase is completed.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to access another person’s account or restricted systems or data
- Disrupt the Service, introduce malicious software, scrape it at scale, or misuse its technical resources
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover protected source code, algorithms, or proprietary technology, except where applicable law permits it
- Copy, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written permission
- Use the Service in a way that infringes another person’s rights
7. Intellectual property
The Service and its content—including its software, guided programs, sound design, visual design, text, graphics, trademarks, and logos—belong to Twinloop Innovations Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
TwinLoop and its related names and logos may not be used without our prior written permission.
8. Information and feedback you provide
You are responsible for information or materials you submit through the Service and must have the right to provide them.
If you send us suggestions or other feedback, we may use them to improve TwinLoop without restriction or compensation.
We will display a message as a public testimonial only when you have given us permission. You may ask us to remove it by contacting support@twinloop.io.
9. Third-party services
The Service may use or link to third-party services, such as authentication, hosting, or support providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information associated with the Service.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee particular results, including changes in blood pressure, sleep, stress, focus, or performance. Individual experiences may vary.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twinloop Innovations Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you paid us nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twinloop Innovations Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to the Service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the Service has been used unlawfully, or continued access creates a security, legal, or safety risk.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in an applicable state or federal court located in New Jersey, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
16. Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide notice when required by law.
Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect means that you accept the revised Terms.
